At Ingozi Management, we deliver expert asbestos-related services in partnership with industry-approved Approved Inspection Authorities (AIAs). Through these partnerships, we provide comprehensive Asbestos Inventories and Assessments to ensure that all asbestos materials are identified, managed, and safely handled in accordance with South African legislation.
Our services are designed to help registered asbestos contractors carry out the safe handling, removal, and disposal of asbestos-containing materials. We ensure that every step of the process, from inspection to final clearance, aligns with legal requirements and best practices for health, safety, and environmental protection.
Ingozi Management is committed to helping clients stay compliant with the Asbestos Abatement Regulations of November 2020, which govern the removal and management of asbestos across all buildings in South Africa. These regulations, enacted by the Department of Employment and Labour, required all building owners to complete asbestos assessments and compile asbestos inventories by May 2022.
Even though the initial deadline has passed, many properties remain non-compliant. Our team assists clients in achieving full compliance by conducting detailed inspections, preparing accurate documentation, and guiding safe asbestos management, protecting both people and property.
